Hungry Pig Restaurant Operations dba Arby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead operations and deliver a memorable Guest experience across shifts. You’ll recruit, train, and retain team members, build efficient schedules, and coach for excellence in Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed—the Arby’s way.

You’ll manage purchasing, prep, and service to meet targets, ensure safety, maintain equipment, and uphold cash handling and security.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years’ experience as a General Manager in Food or Hospitality.
• Strong leadership with ability to develop and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience analyzing financial data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for store-wide collaboration.
• Organized, detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and compliance responsibilities.
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
