Hungry Pig Restaurant Operations dba Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest service. You will support staffing, training, inventory control, and adherence to Arby’s standards while coaching a team to achieve goals.

Ideal candidates bring prior leadership experience in hospitality, strong communication, problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to drive quality, friendliness, and efficiency on every shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience as Assistant Manager or Shift Lead in restaurant/hospitality preferred.
• Strong leadership and hands-on operational management.
• Commitment to guest experience and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Help oversee staffing, training, inventory control and guest satisfaction.
• Manage costs, labor, and drive sales to meet annual operating plan.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and security procedures are followed.
• Train and coach team members for advancement opportunities.
• Demonstrate adaptability to handle additional duties as needed.
