Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ General Manager experience in Food/Hospitality, high-volume setting.

• Ability to analyze financial data for informed decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; build strong relationships with customers and team.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local health and safety regulations and enforcing compliance.
• Open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and retain motivated team members who serve guests well.
• Create efficient, sales-driven weekly schedules balancing business needs and team well-being.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by coaching teams to deliver excellence in Quality, Friendliness, Cleanliness, Accuracy, and Speed.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment through adherence to safety standards.
• Drive performance to meet or exceed the restaurant’s goals and Annual Operating Plan targets.
• Oversee purchasing, prep, and service to meet product standards while controlling costs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure preventive maintenance as scheduled.
