Job summary

Taco Bell in Colorado is seeking a Restaurant Leader to drive exceptional guest experiences and lead day-to-day restaurant operations.

The role focuses on maintaining product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and a professional image while coaching staff and achieving sales and margin targets. The Restaurant Leader will supervise and delegate, lead by example, and ensure the team uses available business tools while maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.
