7-Eleven is seeking an emerging leader to guide in-store Quick Serve Restaurant operations. You will oversee daily food service, ensure health and safety standards, and drive profitability through merchandising and cost control.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of food service leadership, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills to coach teams and deliver exceptional customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of food service leadership experience.
• Must obtain and maintain locally required safe food handling certification.
• Strong leadership with a record of developing teams and delivering great customer service.
• Ability to read restaurant reports and use P&L insights to drive positive change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily fresh food service operations while ensuring health standards and safety.
• Drive sales growth by managing food programs, controlling costs, and merchandising.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships with in-stock accuracy.
