Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a leader to drive daily fresh food service operations and store performance. You will ensure health and safety standards, manage inventories and vendor relationships, and coach a frontline team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will use your leadership and P&L skills to optimize sales, control costs, and analyze restaurant performance. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and proficiency with POS systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of food service or casual fast food leadership.
• Locally required safe food handling certification.
• Strong leadership and customer service abilities.
• Business mindset to leverage P&L statements and reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage vendors and customers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations while ensuring health standards, policies, and safety.
• Drive sales growth by managing food programs, analyzing data, and controlling costs.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships for top items and accurate fulfillment
