7-Eleven is seeking an emerging leader to manage in-store Quick Serve Restaurant operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead daily fresh food service, ensure safety and health standards, and drive profitability through effective cost controls and merchandising strategies.

The role focuses on building a high-performing team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across top-selling items.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of food service leadership experience.
• Must obtain and maintain locally required safe food handling certification.
• Ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Experience with P&L and restaurant reports is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds.
