Job summary

HAZA Foods is seeking an IT Technician to support office and restaurant staff in the Houston area, based at our Sugarland office. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in technical support/help desk and experience with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of technical support/help desk experience.
Excellent written and oral customer service skills.
Experience providing POS (Point-of-Sale) technical support for restaurants.
Aloha POS experience is a major plus.
Must be technically savvy with strong technical aptitude and customer service skills.
Strong troubleshooting, support, analysis and resolution abilities.
Experience supporting external end-users with software, hardware and networking issues.
Working knowledge of networking topologies and various operating systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
