Job summary

HAZA Foods is seeking an IT Field Technician to support office and Wendy's restaurant staff across multiple states. The role requires hands-on support with software, hardware, and networks, including POS systems such as Aloha.

A customer-focused approach and strong troubleshooting skills are essential. The technician will be based out of the Sugarland office but will travel extensively, up to 80%, to locations across the United States, including TX, LA, MN, OH, and NY.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of technical support/help desk experience.
• Experience providing POS support for restaurants and familiarity with Aloha POS.
• Strong customer service skills and technical aptitude for software/hardware/network issues.

HAZA Foodsis seekingan IT Technician to support office and restaurant staff of multiple QSR restaurants in the United States. The ideal candidate will have experience providing support for software, hardware, and network related issues as an onsite technician. Superior customer service & troubleshooting skills desired. In addition, the candidate will have Point-of-Sale (POS) technical support experience OR restaurant industry knowledge/background with hands-on, "user-level" POS experience. This position will be based out of our Sugarland office, however, requires significant travel, approximately 80% of the time.

Job Overview

• Minimum of 2 years of technical support/help desk support experience required
• Excellent written and oral customer service skills with a demonstrated customer-focused, service-first approach required
• Experience working in the Restaurant industry and/or experience providing POS (Point-of Sale) technical support for restaurants. Familiarity with Aloha POS is highly desirable.
• Must be technically savvy with a strong overall technical aptitude and superior customer service skills
• Strong skills and proficiency level in troubleshooting, support, analysis and resolution
• Experience supporting external end-users with software, hardware and networking related issues
• Working knowledge of networking topologies and various computer operating systems
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs

• Able and willing to work various shifts/schedules including nights, weekends and holidays on an on-call basis
• Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations
• Access to private transportation and valid driver’s license in good standing
• This role requires significant travel, approximately 80% of the time. Candidates should be comfortable with frequent travel to various locations across United States (including TX, LA, MN, OH, NY)
