Job summary

Popeyes is hiring an IT Help Desk Technician to ensure restaurant technology runs smoothly, including POS systems and kitchen infrastructure. You will provide first-level support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage tickets via phone, email, and remote sessions.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in IT support, strong communication, and a basic network understanding. This is a full-time onsite role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of IT Help Desk or related experience.
• Strong remote support and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and Windows OS.
• Basic understanding of network protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level IT support for restaurant operations.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on POS and devices.
• Log and manage tickets, escalate when needed.
• Provide remote and phone/email support to teams.
• Assist with software installations and access configurations.
• Support connectivity, email, and web access for staff.
• Train restaurant and field leaders on systems usage.
