Job summary

Restaurant Technologies is seeking a Service Technician to install and service our advanced equipment across locations, with a remote-friendly role and a base schedule of 4/10s. Ideal candidates reside in Stamford, CT or nearby, and can handle occasional night work and travel to customer sites.

You will be responsible for safe installation, routine maintenance, and training customers, with overtime and quarterly safety bonuses. We value teamwork, problem solving and strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• DOT-regulated vehicle operation and pre-employment drug test with negative result.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot installation and service issues.
• Ability to perform basic mechanical and/or electrical duties.
• Strong customer focus and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain our products in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
• Meet and control operational goals and timelines.
• Comply with internal processes and all local and federal regulations including DOT, OSHA, and HACCP.
• Maintain parts and supplies in service vehicles and proper paperwork.
• Communicate with customers to ensure product performance meets expectations.
• Train and coach customers on system operation as needed.
• Use iPhone apps for parts, notes, and clocking in/out.
• Night installation work may be required based on demand.
