Captain D's is seeking an entry-level IT Support Partner to provide technical help for our restaurant locations in Nashville, TN. You’ll troubleshoot POS systems, assist staff with technology use, and help test hardware while growing your IT skills in a supportive environment.

The role offers a hybrid schedule after training (3 days in office), competitive pay, vacation/sick time, and opportunities for professional development within a restaurant technology team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; entry-level IT support familiarity is a plus.
• Solid written and verbal communication and strong customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot POS technologies (registers, kitchen displays, back office, tablets, training systems).
• Analyze and report recurring system issues in restaurants.
• Collaborate with POS support engineers to optimize software and hardware solutions.
• Test new hardware.
• Utilize tools ranging from Office applications to scripting and databases.
• Perform other duties as required and assigned.
• Regularly interact with restaurant professionals.
