Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple locations. You will manage walk-in coolers, ice machines, shake machines, and related equipment while gaining exposure to hot side kitchen maintenance.

The role requires at least 2 years of refrigeration experience, own refrigeration tools, and the ability to work weekdays with overtime, on-call, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Ability to work across multiple locations as part of a maintenance team.
• Own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment in store locations.
• Inspect and service walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and other modular equipment.
• Assist with hot side kitchen equipment maintenance as needed.
• Coordinate with Service Area Managers and store leadership.
• Document maintenance requests and completions using company tablet.
