Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is hiring a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service HVAC and refrigeration across locations. Responsibilities include repairing AC units, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice and shake machines, and kitchen equipment while keeping stores in top condition.

You will use a company tablet to manage requests, coordinate with Service Area Managers and store leadership, and be cross-trained on hot side kitchen equipment. Must have 2+ years refrigeration experience and own tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant refrigeration experience.
• Must possess own tools/instruments for refrigeration work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record for past 3–5 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC units, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
• Learn and perform hot side kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Regularly inspect facilities and perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top shape.
• Utilize a company tablet to track requests and document completions.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers, office staff, and store leadership.
