Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician (HVAC & Refrigeration) to support multiple locations and keep our stores running smoothly. You will manage shake machines, refrigeration and HVAC systems while being cross-trained on hot side kitchen equipment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant refrigeration experience.
Own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.
Weekday and every other weekend availability; on-call required.
Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving history.

Responsibilities

Serve multiple locations to ensure a safe, clean, high-performing environment.
Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration units including walk-in coolers/freezers and ice machines.
Learn and maintain hot side kitchen equipment.
Inspect facilities and perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top shape.
Document requests and completions using a company tablet; collaborate with SAMs and store leadership.
