Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service HVAC and refrigeration across our locations. You will repair walk-in coolers/freezers, shake machines, and modular kitchen equipment while staying safety compliant and keeping stores running smoothly.

Requirements include at least 2 years in refrigeration, own tools, a valid driver's license, and ability to work weekdays with some on-call weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in refrigeration (coolers/freezers).
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Comfort with using a company tablet or similar device for service tracking.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment (walk-ins, ice machines, shake machines).
• Learn and maintain hot-side kitchen equipment.
• Inspect facilities and perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top shape.
• Utilize company tablet to manage requests and document completions.
