Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service HVAC and refrigeration systems across multiple locations. You will manage walk-in coolers, freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and modular equipment while being cross-trained on hot-side kitchen gear.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Own tools and instruments for refrigeration work.
• Weekday availability and every-other-weekend on-site.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC units and refrigeration systems across locations.
• Service walk-in coolers/freezers and modular equipment.
• Maintain shake machines and reach-in equipment.
• Support hot side kitchen equipment as needed.
• Document maintenance requests and completions using company tablet.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers, office staff, and store leadership.
