Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service multiple locations, focusing on HVAC and refrigeration systems, walk-in coolers, and ice machines. You will also support hot side kitchen equipment and facility upkeep.

The role requires 2+ years in refrigeration, owning your tools, and a valid driver’s license; on-call duties, weekend work, and a company van are part of the package, with sign-on bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with refrigeration (coolers and freezers).
• Must possess your own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.
• Ability to work Weekdays and every other weekend; on-call as required.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years; no major violations in 3–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration systems across locations.
• Learn to repair hot side kitchen equipment as part of cross-training.
• Regularly inspect facilities and perform repairs to keep stores in top condition.
• Document requests and completions using a company tablet.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers, office staff, and store leadership.
