Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced maintenance team. You will manage HVAC, refrigeration, and walk-in coolers, and be cross-trained on hot-side kitchen equipment.

This role requires at least 2 years of refrigeration experience, own tools, a valid driver's license, and availability for weekdays with on-call weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, paid time off, and sign-on bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, modular equipment, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
• Learn to repair and maintain hot-side kitchen equipment.
• Inspect facilities and perform repairs to keep stores in top condition.
• Document service requests and completions using company tools.
