Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to manage HVAC & refrigeration systems across multiple locations. You will service walk-in coolers/freezers, ice and shake machines, and modular equipment while cross-training on hot-side kitchen gear.

Requirements include at least 2 years’ refrigeration experience, owning your own tools, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work weekdays with alternating weekends and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience (coolers/freezers).
• Must possess own tools/instruments required for refrigeration work.
• Weekdays and every other weekend; on-call availability.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC and refrigeration equipment across multiple locations.
• Service walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
• Learn and maintain hot-side kitchen equipment as needed.
• Inspect facilities and perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top condition.
• Use a company tablet to track requests and document completions.
