Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service multiple locations, focusing on HVAC, refrigeration, and hot-side kitchen equipment. You’ll ensure safe, clean, and high-performing stores while joining an elite maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant refrigeration experience.
• Must own tools needed for refrigeration work.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record (last 3–5 years).
• Available weekdays and every other weekend; on-call as required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
• Learn and perform hot side kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Inspect facilities and perform self-identified repairs to keep stores in top condition.
• Use company tablet to track requests and document completions.
• Collaborate with Service Area Managers, office staff, and store leadership.
