Job summary

Cook Out Restaurants is seeking a skilled Restaurant Maintenance Technician to service HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment across multiple locations. You will join a dedicated maintenance team focused on keeping our stores running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of refrigeration experience.
• Must have your own refrigeration tools.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Able to work weekdays and every other weekend; on-call when notified.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to your home restaurant.

Responsibilities

• HVAC & refrigeration maintenance across locations.
• Repair and maintain walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, shake machines, and reach-in units.
• Hot side kitchen equipment maintenance when needed.
• Inspect facilities and perform self-identified repairs.
• Document requests and completions using company tablet.
