This role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency by developing and implementing training schedules, managing team member schedules to align with staffing needs, and ensuring consistent application of Chick-fil-A’s service standards and operational processes. This role is focused on operations, with the Manager expected to engage directly with team members on the floor and in the kitchen.This is a part-time role.
