Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supportfront‑of‑house operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, in our pursuit of relentless hospitality
• Be a role model by demonstrating enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to serve others
• Train, coach, andmentor shift leaders and team members, helping them grow and thrive in their roles
• Set the tone and culture for each shift; act as a point of leadership and encouragement
• Be a hands‑on leader: taking orders, delivering meals, assisting guests, and supporting the team during high‑volume periods
• Oversee cleanliness, guest interactions, dining room presentation, and speed of service
• Open or close the restaurant, act as akey holder, and support leadership in daily operations
• Count drawers, finalize day‑end procedures, and maintain accurate cash handling
