Chick-fil-A in Savannah, GA is seeking a Talent Coordinator to lead training and coaching, and to foster a positive, team-focused culture. You will support leadership in tracking progress and ensuring excellent guest experiences across front and back of house.

• Collaborate closely with leadership to track and assess employee progress.
• Troubleshoot minor guest issues and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist with side duties during non-peak hours.
