Chick-fil-A in Waynesville, NC is seeking a Restaurant Operations Leader to partner with the leadership team to drive excellence in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

You will develop team members, coach performance, oversee hiring, and implement systems that foster a culture of growth, integrity, and guest-focused service. This full-time role includes early mornings to late evenings and Sundays off, with health benefits and opportunities for leadership growth.

Job description

Role Summary

Work within the leadership team in pursuit of excellence in FOH & BOH Operations.

Specifically this role is an ambassador, leader and critical component in

ensuring that you are successful in the following areas:

• Front of House Operations
• Kitchen Operations
• Leadership and People
• Development of Team Members
• Pay Range $19.00-$22.00+
• Window of Operations 5am - 11pm

General Responsibilities:

• Develop a restaurant culture of growth minded team members and leaders. A culture of product knowledge, stewardship, excitement and generosity. Incorporate this into training, ongoing development, communications and everyday culture.
• Lead FOH and BOH teams with excellence.
• Maintain vision alignment with the Operator and the leadership team
• Ensure stewardship systems are taking place throughout the restaurant
• Develop leaders in such a way that they are operating as a motivated, high performance team that embodies the vision of the business.
• Support the Leadership Team during hiring process, completing resume screening, interviews and reference checks as necessary.
• Oversee speed of service and completion of goals.
• Create a center of excellence for area of responsibility by creating, leading, and implementing systems that will be the standard for innovation and high performance teams throughout Chick-fil-A.
• Be intentional in performing daily goal-setting and performance feedback to all Team Members and Leaders on all Chick-fil-A processes and procedures.
