Job summary

Restaurant365 is seeking a People Operations Generalist to own HR compliance and benefits across the US and international footprint. This hands-on role focuses on employee experience, regulatory compliance, and benefits program ownership within a hybrid setup.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR operations, strong benefits/process automation skills, and experience partnering with Payroll. The role includes open enrollment planning and AI-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR operations experience with compliance ownership.
• Experience managing multi-country benefits programs and LOA calendars.
• Strong knowledge of benefits operations, life events, and reconciliations.
• Experience partnering with Payroll on deductions and audits.
• Experience using HRIS tools (Workday preferred) and AI automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR compliance calendar including EEO-1, LOA tracking, and I-9 audits.
• Administer and manage LOA programs in partnership with legal and HRIS.
• Maintain background check programs and compliant onboarding globally.
• Manage end-to-end benefits administration and vendor relationships.
• Triage and resolve FreshService tickets and manage mail/workflow queues.
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate audits and reporting.
