Qualifications

• Prior experience as a host or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with reservation management systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a positive first impression.
• Reservation Management: Handle reservations by phone, online booking systems, and in-person requests.
• Seating Coordination: Manage seating to balance rotation and optimize guest satisfaction.
• Communication: Collaborate with servers and managers for smooth operations.
• Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Ambassador Role: Uphold Elevage Soho Kitchen and Bar standards and welcoming atmosphere.
• Menu Knowledge: Understand daily specials and promotions to answer guest questions.
