Starbird Chicken in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Restaurant Hospitality Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure guests have a great experience. You will supervise the team, uphold cleanliness, and model friendly service.

Shifts vary within business hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; you will open and close, handle money, and ensure food safety and proper preparation with support from management.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Experience with opening and closing procedures.
• Ability to obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days.
• Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours, lift 30 lbs, and work safely in a kitchen.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and guest service standards.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.

Starbird Chicken is looking for a full-time Restaurant Hospitality Supervisor in Seattle, WA.

RESTAURANT HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR: YOUR ROLE

Each day, you will be a leader in the restaurant. You will help make sure guests have a good experience and solve any problems that come up. You will work closely with your team, showing them how to give great service and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. You will help team members learn new things, give feedback, and help them do their best work. You will also help with opening and closing the restaurant, handling money, and making sure food is safe and prepared correctly. YOUR HOURS

Your shifts will change from week to week, but they will always be within our business hours. You will sometimes work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on what the restaurant needs.
