Starbird Chicken in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Shift Leader to energize the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences on every shift. You will lead daily operations, coach staff, and uphold high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.

The role requires 18+ years old, 1+ year in hospitality or related fields, strong communication and leadership skills, and the ability to open/close independently. Competitive hourly wage with meal benefits and tipping opportunities.

Competenze

• 18+ years old.
• 1+ years of restaurant, hospitality, retail, food service, or guest-facing experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Ability to lead by example and positively influence others.
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and leadership potential.
• Ability to support opening and closing operations independently.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Current Food Handler Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (company covers cost).
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
