Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• 1+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food service
• Experience with opening and closing procedures
• Ability to lead staff and coach and develop team members
• Ability to obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days
• Stand or walk for 6-8 hours, lift 30 lbs, and work safely in a kitchen
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and guest service standards
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts

Responsibilities

• Supervise guest service and maintain cleanliness
