Starbird Chicken in Seattle, WA is seeking a full-time Restaurant Hospitality Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure guests have a great experience. You will supervise the team, uphold cleanliness, and model friendly service.

Shifts vary within business hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; you will open and close, handle money, and ensure food safety and proper preparation with support from management.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• 1+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Experience with opening and closing procedures.
• Ability to obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days.
• Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours, lift 30 lbs, and work safely in a kitchen.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and guest service standards.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant each day and ensure guests have a good experience.
• Work closely with your team, showing them how to give great service and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming.
• Help team members learn new things, give feedback, and help them do their best work.
• Help with opening and closing the restaurant, handling money, and making sure food is safe and prepared correctly.
• Work with the managers to keep everything running smoothly and help everyone feel part of the team.
