Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Restaurant Manager for The Hanover Inn in Hanover, NH. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality food and beverage, and profitability.

The role requires 2–4 years of restaurant management, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours including weekends/holidays are needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including dining service, reservations, and guest interactions.
• Coordinate between kitchen, bar and front-of-house to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
• Control costs: inventory, labor, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff.
