Job summary

You will lead servers, hosts, bartenders and other staff, coordinate with culinary and sales teams, and uphold brand standards while focusing on guest satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of restaurant management experience required.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest interactions.
• Ensure smooth workflow between kitchen, bar and front of house.
• Maintain food and beverage quality, presentation and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
