Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant Manager for The Hanover Inn. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, quality dining, and profitability within a busy hotel environment.

Requires 2–4 years in restaurant management, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are expected as part of this on-site, full-time position.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
• 2–4 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software preferred.
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Manage restaurant staff, inventory, and service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams for seamless service.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation regulations and liquor laws.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise restaurant staff.
• Monitor costs and encourage cost-effective labor and inventory management.
