Upside is seeking a Product Manager for the restaurant vertical. You will own strategy, pricing, and merchant-facing features, adapting the core incrementality system to restaurant economics and building a path to scale with operators.

You will collaborate with data science, engineering, and sales to drive adoption, retention, and measurable profit for restaurant partners, while shaping the wedge product and renewals.

Competenze

• 6+ years of product management experience in retail, restaurant tech, payments, or ecommerce.
• Demonstrated 0-to-1 ownership: built a product line or business area.
• Strong command of unit economics and measurement, defend methodologies to partners.

Mansioni

• Own the strategy and roadmap for Upside's restaurant vertical on the merchant side.
• Adapt core incrementality and measurement to restaurant economics (visit cadence, ticket size, margins, promo sensitivity).
• Partner with data science on restaurant offer optimization and model validation.
• Drive transaction and profit growth for restaurant partners and define metrics proving it.
• Build merchant-facing product experiences for measurement, reporting, onboarding, and tools used by account teams.
• Collaborate with sales and accounts to drive adoption and retention; represent the restaurant vertical in cross-functional forums.
• Make build-vs-buy-vs-integrate decisions on POS, payments, and data integrations for the vertical.
• Set and drive OKRs for the vertical and lead cross-functionally without direct authority.
