MarginEdge in Arlington, VA is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Operator Tools team, owning end-to-end outcomes for a problem area. You will translate restaurant operators' pain points into concrete solutions and drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, and marketing.

You will work closely with restaurant owners, GMs, head chefs, and managers to define success metrics, validate ideas with tests, and measure impact across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in product management or a related business or technical role.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for your problem area.
• Build a deep understanding of restaurant operators through regular customer interaction and product data.
• Validate problems and solutions using lightweight tests, prototypes, and pilots.
• Lead product development with Design and Engineering from exploration to delivery.
• Understand market landscape to differentiate MarginEdge's offerings.
