Job summary

Paycom is seeking a restaurant manager to lead daily operations in Linthicum, MD. You will own the four walls, drive sales, manage EBITDA against budget, and cultivate a culture of accountability across FOH and HOH teams.

You will recruit, hire, train, coach, and lead Managers and Team Members, conduct regular coaching, and enforce company policies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to keep guests satisfied and goals on track.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification preferred or obtain within 90 days.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze issues and solve problems.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Own your four walls and your local community through growing sales and achieving EBITDA.
• Manage front of house and heart of house results and ensure service standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and lead Managers and Team Members.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and follow-up with staff.
• Monitor scheduling, staffing, and inventory to meet goals.
• Adhere to wage, hour regulations and company policies.
• Control funds, deposits, and payroll as required.
