Job summary

Paycom in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Linthicum location. You will drive sales, meet EBITDA targets, manage budgets, and foster a culture of accountability across Managers and Team Members.

Responsibilities include recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and leading FOH/HOH teams, ensuring CHARM service is delivered, and maintaining inventory controls. The role requires 21+ years, 2 years of restaurant management, and a ServSafe credential

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prefer 2 years of hands-on restaurant management experience.
• ServSafe Certified preferred or obtainable within 90 days.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Commitment to excellence in friendly service.
• Proven ability growing sales.
• Ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Able to analyze issues and problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Own four walls and local community, grow sales, meet budget, and drive EBITDA.
• Oversee FOH and HOH results including Ecosure.
• Ensure CHARM service model is integrated by FOH team with every guest.
• Communicate company initiatives and tactics to drive sales and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and communicate with Managers and Team Members.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones and follow-ups with staff.
• Reinforce team members' skills and managers' leadership behaviors.
• Identify and implement strategies to retain top team members.
• Control inventory levels and report concerns to Area Coach.
• Create and delegate daily goals and ensure completion.
• Monitor sales and scheduling to meet goals.
• Adhere to wage/hour regulations and company policies; manage funds.
