Job summary

Darling Ingredients is seeking an Account Executive for the Restaurant Services department in Tallahassee, FL. You will drive profitable volume growth by engaging current and prospective restaurant customers, retaining accounts, and solving problems with data-driven communication to convey Darling's value proposition.

You will build relationships, schedule calls, conduct site surveys, and coordinate with Operations and Logistics to ensure prompt, high-quality service and successful contract

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Proven written and oral communication skills.
• Experience selling to the restaurant industry is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers to grow relationships and profitability.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients from leads.
• Establish new accounts with daily planning and calls.
• Grow profitability by retaining and expanding high-volume accounts.
• Understand product values and evaluate profitability with customers.
• Implement sales strategies and negotiate service agreements.
• Use CRM for customer profiling and data entry.
• Conduct site surveys and facilitate installations pre- and post-sales.
• Coordinate with Operations & Logistics for quality service and material handling.
• Resolve customer complaints with data-driven solutions.
