The candidate will build relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with Operations & Logistics to deliver quality service and efficient material handling at plant locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within the restaurant or foodservice industry.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing customers to increase relationship span and profitable volume growth.
• Develop relationships with new and existing clients from leads or referrals.
• Establish new accounts by planning daily calls on potential or existing customers.
• Grow profitability by retaining and growing high-volume accounts in territory.
• Understand product values and profitability for customers.
• Implement sales strategies and negotiate contracts; prepare service agreements.
• Regularly use CRM for customer profiling and data entry.
• Coordinate site visits and installations during pre/post-sales processes.
• Work with Operations & Logistics to ensure quality service and materials handling.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and proposing solutions.
