Sonic Drive-In is seeking a General Manager in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will lead, train, and coach a team to deliver clean, safe, and efficient service while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

The role involves scheduling, inventory control, payroll record-keeping, and developing strategies to improve financial performance. Strong leadership and knowledge of restaurant operations are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum of two years of restaurant management experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to train, supervise and coach crew and management staff.
• Knowledge of labor laws and sanitation regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Crew/Team members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet operational standards.
• Monitors employee compliance with handbook, policies and practices.
• Performs opening and/or closing duties.
• Prepares staff work schedules and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Monitors inventory levels and places orders within cost controls.
• Maintains employment records and payroll data.
• Fosters a customer service-focused culture and resolves guest requests promptly.
• Interviews and hires staff to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Develops action plans to address unfavorable financial trends and sales performance.
• Develops and implements a marketing plan.
