Responsibilities

• Manages employees and operations of the store including hiring/firing, labor laws and scheduling.
• Ensures Health Department guidelines are followed and restaurant operates within those parameters.
• Submits required paperwork and monthly reports for the store and employees.
• Maintains stock by placing weekly inventory orders.
• Delivers deposits to the bank on behalf of the restaurant.
• Provides professional customer service and addresses customer complaints.
• Supervises crew members, crew leaders and Assistant Managers.
• Opens and closes the store effectively and securely.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures, standards, and training.
• Creates and maintains team schedules.
