Qualifications

• Experience with back-office software or POS systems preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees and operations, including hiring/firing, scheduling, and labor laws.
• Ensures Health Department guidelines are followed.
• Submits monthly paperwork and reports.
• Maintains stock with weekly inventory orders.
• Delivers deposits to the bank for the restaurant.
• Provides professional customer service and handles complaints.
• Supervises crew, crew leaders, and assistant managers.
• Opens and closes the store effectively.
• Adheres to all policies, procedures, and training.
• Creates and maintains team schedules.
