Taziki's Mediterranean Cafe is seeking a seasoned restaurant manager to oversee daily operations at our Birmingham location. You will drive profitability by managing P&L, scheduling, and labor costs while mentoring a high-performing team.

The role requires strong leadership, food-safety expertise, and the ability to recruit, train, and retain top staff. You will oversee catering orders, menu knowledge, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to write weekly staff schedules to balance people development and labor costs.
• Strong leadership to set shift tone and guide staff toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze store P&L to reach cost goals.
• Write weekly staff schedules to balance people development and labor costs.
• Set shift tone and give clear directions to staff about goals and duties.
• Mentor staff, manage quality crew development, motivation, training and evaluations.
• Be an expert in Food Safety and in menu/product knowledge.
• Prepare catering orders with the team and support kitchen when needed.
• Order products, supplies, and produce; screen and onboard hourly employees.
