Responsibilities

• Creates value for shareholders through efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management.
• Maintain Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality by engaging with guests and ensuring menu items are available.
• Oversee guest service and guest relations, monitor employee appearance, courtesy and selling techniques; participate in marketing efforts.
• Control day-to-day operations by managing labor and costs; order supplies; maintain inventory; plan weekly schedules.
• Recruit, interview, hire, discipline, and train hourly staff; maintain safe work environment and motivate employees.
• Ensure OSHA, local health codes, and company safety policies are followed.
