Job summary

• Maintain high Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality; interact with guests during peak hours.
• Oversee guest service and relations; monitor employee appearance, courtesy, and selling techniques.
• Control day-to-day operations: labor, costs; order supplies; manage inventory and waste; schedule staff.
• Recruit, train, motivate hourly employees; ensure safety and a positive work environment.
