The Restaurant General Manager at KFC will oversee the daily restaurant operations, directing staff and ensuring adherence to brand standards, while managing inventory, maintenance, and service quality to deliver excellent guest experiences.

The ideal candidate brings 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a valid driver’s license, strong communication and math skills, and a commitment to customer service and team development.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, with P&L responsibility.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; basic PC literacy.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Oversee product preparation and delivery to maintain quality.
