KBP Brands seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in our KFC franchise locations. You will manage staff, drive sales, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership and hands-on supervision.

The role requires at least 1 year of GM experience in fast food or retail, 18+ years old, and ability to work closing shifts. We offer growth, training, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, and security procedures.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to uphold operational excellence and guest experience.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure a clean, welcoming restaurant.
• Lead by example to deliver high-quality product and service to guests.
