Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Leadership Experience in a high-volume fast food, QSR, or restaurant setting.

• Experience of Profit & Loss Accountability.
• Effective Communication, Coaching, and Decision-Making Skills.
• A commitment to Hospitality, Quality, and Operational Excellence.
• Must be at least 21 years old with dependable transportation.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
